Hi You

About me

My journey to yoga

Yoga and meditation became part of my daily life seven years ago, during a time when I was dancing intensively while working shifts at the airport. I was looking for a way to bring more balance into my busy life.

As someone with ADHD I thought I wouldn’t be able to meditate, stay still, or hold long asanas. Yoga didn't come naturally to me, and I definitely didn't fall in love with it overnight.

But everything changed when I experienced an injury and burnout at the same time. I began practicing meditation and gentle yoga flows to support my recovery. And slowly, I realized that these practices were doing much more than helping me heal physically. They were calming my nervous system, helping me manage stress, and creating a sense of balance that I had been missing.

For me yoga is much more than asanas. It is a space where I can come exactly as I am with all of my feelings.

Through my work, I share practices that support you in slowing down, reconnecting, and feeling more at home in your body.

A traveler learning to slow down

I decided to change the path of my life after the burnout and started traveling. And now I've spent more or less five years traveling around the world.

Ánd no. My trips aren't all-inclusive holidays. But rather solo adventures filled with unfamiliar languages, new cultures, unexpected situations, and constant movement.

More than 30 adventures. Just me, my backpack, and my laptop.

As much as I love exploring, I also know how exhausting constant travel can be. When every day is different, it's easy to lose your routines and ignore what your body actually need.

For me, yoga and meditation became the anchor I could take anywhere. I didn't need a perfect studio or an hour-long class. Sometimes, just 15 minutes was enough to reset, breathe, and reconnect with myself.

My approach

I don't believe that yoga has to look perfect to be meaningful.

My classes are designed for real life. For busy minds, tired bodies, travelers, and anyone who wants to create a little more balance in their day.

I'm here to help you feel more connected to yourself and move in a way that feels good.
